📋 Description

• Perform senior level technical support in maintenance.
• Trains lower-level Technicians on advanced tasks.
• Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality.
• Assist root cause investigations and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Train others and create/edit maintenance plans.
• Interact with cross-functional teams; support safety initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs experience or relevant cert with 5+ yrs, or associates degree with 3+ yrs.
• CMRT or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge/use of advanced tools and MS Windows.
• Proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
