📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalate gaps
• Support shipment, receiving and processing, replenishment
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs
• Assist in operations to drive guest satisfaction and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work in a client-centric, sales & operational env
• Ability to move, lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Respect for store safety and visual standards
• Willingness to work across store duties and shifts
