📋 Description

• Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency
• Oversee inventory accuracy and shrink reduction
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards and safe, productive work environment
• Partner with General Manager on budgets, vendor relations, and facilities
• Lead/coach Operations Associates and ensure strong guest experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and inventory
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
• Flexible with shifts, including peak days and weekends
