Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, UK

📋 Description

• Lead UK strategy and scalable operations for Fora across the UK market.
• Build operational infrastructure, supplier pipelines, and multi-city presence in the UK.
• Oversee localisation and optimisation of tools/workflows (HubSpot, Intercom, Retool, WhatsApp).
• Drive advisor onboarding, support, training, payments, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and HQ teams on UK regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Sales to attract and onboard high-quality UK advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Based in London or New York City with ability to travel across the UK.
• 5–7 years total experience; 2+ years in demanding professional services (top-tier consulting
• Excellent organisational and project management; ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with ability to build financial/operational models; data discernment.
