📋 Description
- Provide nutrition care for pediatric ED via telehealth.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans.
- Meet with families to assess needs and progress.
- Guide exposure to fear foods and meal planning guidance.
- Communicate plans clearly with the treatment team.
- Support discharge planning and weekly plan updates.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with ACEND approval.
- Licensed RDN; ED experience preferred.
- Caseload up to 80 patients, up to 52 weeks each.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Organized, results-driven, adaptable to change.
