📋 Description
- Understand AbbVie's Quality System, GxP Regulations, and the Business Process Framework
- Support process improvement initiatives across GBO
- Develop clinical research processes, including quality system documents and process maps
- Provide change management: stakeholder/impact assessment and communications
- Assess metrics and measures for areas of focus
- Manage change management programs and sustain infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent ex-US); Associate degree acceptable
- 7+ years pharma/clinical research experience; 3+ within clinical research
- Experience in process management, optimization, simplification
- Experience in change management
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills
- Change management and/or Lean Six Sigma desired
