📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors/manufacturers meeting creative requirements and quality
• Negotiate pricing, production timelines, MOQs, and terms with suppliers.
• Draft vendor agreements and issue purchase orders to formalize production terms.
• Track production timelines and coordinate with creative team to meet launch dates.
• Conduct quality control checks on samples and final runs to align with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including customs/imports and distribution to warehouses.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in merchandising, sourcing, or vendor/supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills; ability to align viewpoints with vendors.
• Solid task and project management across multiple production cycles.
• Comfort with ambiguity and handling delays/quality issues with clarity.
• Collaborative mindset; ability to partner with creative and e-store teams.
• Interest in or understanding of the video game industry is a plus.
