IT Help Desk Technician I

📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for team members and partners via ticket queue, inbox, and
• Deploy equipment (laptops/accessories) and manage asset recovery for departures.
• Provide account setup and onboard new employees (in office and remote).
• Document requests and incidents using the IT ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 issues; escalate Level 2/3 as needed.
• Coordinate system upgrades with the outsourced IT partner.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of desktop support experience with Microsoft Windows.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Entra.
• 2 years of experience with network and security infrastructure (VPN, firewall).
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; manage multiple tasks.
