📋 Description

• Own and deliver communications that inform, inspire, and connect our global workforce.
• Lead editorial planning, leadership communications, and internal campaigns across digital channels.
• Collaborate with Senior Director and cross-functional partners to translate business priorities
• Develop storytelling initiatives to highlight engagement, culture, and organizational priorities.
• Advise stakeholders on messaging, timing, and delivery for strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and editorial judgment.
• Project management skills with ability to manage campaigns and calendars.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communications.
• Experience with multiple channels (intranet, email, newsletters, video) and digital employee
