🎯 Requirements

• Experienced People Operations leader
• Strong payroll, benefits, lifecycle management
• Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws
• Experience with payroll/time systems (e.g., ADP, Ahgora)
• Workday experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; bachelor’s degree in HR/BA
