Field Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead field accounting across projects and jobsites.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll, billing, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements and standardized controls.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
• Act as escalation point for field accounting issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in field/project accounting, payroll, or billing.
• Strong leadership experience preferred.
• Industrial construction or project-based experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/timekeeping platforms (PENTA, TRACK) preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.
