• Own the legal function as sole in-house lawyer across governance, investor relations, equity admin
• Provide expert product and regulatory counsel; oversee privacy and employment initiatives
• Partner with founders and leadership across People, Finance, Product, and Membership; build an

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law, startup or high-growth in-house setting.
• AI-native with hands-on experience deploying AI agents and automation in contract review
• Strong governance, financings, strategic transactions, employment, privacy, and commercial
• Experience administering equity programs (grant issuance, vesting, board approvals).
• Knowledge of data privacy frameworks and subprocessor documentation for consumer products.
• Comfort with non-standard commercial structures and payments/credit-related regulatory matters
