Facilities Specialist (Data Center)

📋 Description

• Support facilities maintenance on one of the world’s largest AI training campuses in Memphis.
• Own purchasing, bidding, contractor walk-downs, work-order and spend reporting.
• Manage contracts for facilities services (elevators, waste, landscaping, janitorial, repair
• Coordinate with internal teams and executives through meetings and presentations.
• Ensure PO accuracy and monitor cost overruns; obtain multiple bids from vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in facility vendor and contract management.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience with RFPs/RFPOs and ERP/CMMS systems.
• Strong communication and ability to work in high-stress, multi-project environments.
• Ability to read floor plans and navigate various software programs.
