📋 Description

• Assists sales reps with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and territory management
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to robotic users to meet quotas
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining prep for quota-bearing role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales experience
• Travel up to 25% and work nights or weekends as needed
• Ambition and strong work ethic
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
