- Execute sourcing strategies with focus on passive candidates
- Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and client teams
- Develop and improve sourcing strategies for recruitment effectiveness
- Be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience
- Proven ability to source via job boards, networks, social media
- Experience with diversity sourcing
- Industry knowledge across AGS client sectors preferred
- Strong tech knowledge: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
