• Own team targets and pipeline numbers

• Own onboarding of new BDRs for quick productivity

🎯 Requirements

• ~5 years in a commercial role
• Leadership or people management experience
• Strong BDR/SDR outbound track record
• Experience coaching others and turning experience into practice
• Data-driven decision making from performance metrics
• Direct communication and trust-building
