• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end payroll operations across Denmark, Norway and Iceland for H&M
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery in line with local laws and internal
• Manage a payroll team of 9 Officers across multiple countries
• Improve payroll processes in a multi-country environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Danish and Norwegian payroll regulations; Icelandic knowledge is a plus
• Hands-on payroll experience with complex payroll matters
• 3+ years managing end-to-end payroll processes
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English
