Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Support Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Security, Product, and Ops teams
• Review agreements efficiently and escalate when needed
• Support enterprise SaaS, cloud, and tech deals
• Advise on partner, vendor, and alliance agreements
• Help build scalable contracting processes and vendor reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience drafting commercial tech agreements
• In-house or law firm experience preferred
• Experience with customer, vendor, partner agreements, NDAs, MSAs
• Experience supporting partnerships and ecosystem arrangements
• Strong SaaS/cloud/tech contracting background
• Ability to manage varying complexity of agreements
