Caregivers (Home Health Aide)

📋 Description

• Provide in-home personal care and companionship per written plan of care
• Support clients with activities of daily living and daily household tasks
• Assist with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility as needed
• Offer emotional support and encourage independence at home
• Coordinate with registered nurse for care plans and training needs
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to BAYADA clients in the listed counties

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, training provided
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect
• Commitment to delivering quality, reliable patient care with BAYADA Way
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
• Flexibility for full-time, part-time, per-diem, or on-call shifts
