Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare loan documentation for all commercial loan types including CRE, lines of credit, aircraft
• Ensure documents comply with credit approval terms and regulatory guidelines at local, state, and
• Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, and branch staff for additional information as needed.
• Train team members on loan documentation processes and software/templates.
• Participate in required compliance training related to Banner Bank policies.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required)
• 0 to 2 years of experience with loan documents, preferably including complex documents (Required)
