Coordinator, Sample Receipt

📋 Description

• Log shipments and receive samples for clinical/toxicology trials
• Notify manager of abnormal receipt conditions
• Resolve sample discrepancies with vendors/sites
• Address alarms from temperature monitoring system promptly
• Manage storage volumes and sample lifecycle for timely transfer/disposal
• Assist with trial-specific CLW development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred) or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years in sample processing in a GLP environment
• End-to-end sample lifecycle expertise
• Proficient with LIMS software
• Ability to work autonomously and improve operations
• Experience in cross-functional teams (IT, Bioanalysis, Clinical Systems)
