📋 Description

• Lead interface between client and Compliance Learning Change Management (CLCM) in Clinical
• Partner with stakeholders across lifecycle of strategic initiatives from planning to adoption.
• Design and align clinical research processes with cross-functional teams and quality systems.
• Map processes, run workshops, and strategize implementation while maintaining documentation.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and system integrations within AbbVie’s Quality System for clinical
• Develop and deliver change management strategies, including stakeholder impact, communications, and

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/regulated industry; leadership in matrix environments.
• Experience delivering compliance and training strategies in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in SOPs, ICH, global regulations, ethics and compliance.
• Strong coaching/mentoring, people management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to foster global team productivity and cohesion.
