📋 Description
- Lead day-to-day accounting ops and monthly/quarterly/year-end close.
- Improve close processes, calendars, checklists, and reporting packages.
- Prepare consolidated financials and variance analysis with stakeholders.
- Oversee audits, GAAP compliance, and internal controls.
- Drive ERP implementation and automate accounting processes.
- Lead and develop a small accounting team and partner with cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience.
- Public accounting background; corporate transition preferred.
- Strong GAAP, consolidation, and complex accounting knowledge.
- ERP implementation and process-improvement experience.
- People leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
