Senior GTM Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Senior Enablement for EMEA; partner with Sales leadership and managers
• Own onboarding ramp for new hires and ongoing enablement
• Translate global strategy to regional execution across EMEA teams
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale GTM and field execution
• Collaborate with BDRs, SEs, GTM Engineers and Revenue org
• Drive AI-augmented enablement and modern GTM tech usage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement or related GTM role
• Strategic partner to Sales leadership; proven impact
• Experience with onboarding programs and ramp in regional context
• Led cross-functional initiatives shaping field sales motion
• Autonomy in ambiguous environments with measurable impact
• Scale best practices across teams and regions
