📋 Description

• Advise Lyft product teams as they develop, launch, and operate new products and features across
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements involving partnerships and technology transactions
• Provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment; balance risk with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business development, product, marketing) and represent
• Develop and drive long-term legal strategies aligned with business objectives
• Prioritize workload to meet goals in a shifting business landscape; assist other teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active membership in at least one state bar
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience with tech product
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record with a wide range of commercial agreements and customer-facing terms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and ability to manage multiple client priorities
