Business Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end month-end close and financial operations across Flexdrive entities.
• Manage fleet-related cash, vendor payments, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, and Operations to improve reporting and processes.
• Develop SOPs for recurring financial/operational workflows to strengthen controls.
• Support PO management and cash flow reviews; drive automation of processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in business operations, finance, FP&A or related analytics role; automotive/fleet
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; financial modelling, scenario/variance analysis, large datasets.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles: financial reporting, accruals, reconciliations
• Experience with month-end close, including accruals and discrepancy investigation.
• Ability to build financial/analytical models from scratch; clear cross-functional communication.
