🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced env
• Experience with Lever and Rippling
• Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake)
• Sales/BD recruiting success with consultative approach
• Strong partnering, data-driven, structured interviewing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR or related field
