• Develop and execute health and safety strategy across the sales market.
• Ensure compliance and safe working conditions.
• Lead risk assessments, audits and investigations, drive corrective actions.
• Lead crisis and incident management, including reporting and follow-up.
• Act as key contact for internal stakeholders and authorities on health and safety.
• Promote a strong safety culture via training and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, environmental sciences or related field.
• Professional health and safety certification preferred.
• Several years of health and safety management experience, multi-site/retail ideal.
• Experience with audits, incident management and regulatory compliance.
• Solid knowledge of local health and safety legislation and standards.
• Structured, detail-oriented, analytical, with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
