Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead delivery and ongoing improvement of Compliance tooling and processes
- Partner with Compliance SMEs, Product, Engineering, Data, and vendors to translate regulatory needs
- Drive AI enablement, vendor management, KPI reporting, and operational improvements
- Oversee resource planning, training, change management, and adoption of new tools
- Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/leadership reporting
- Support regulatory exams and audits with accurate docs and evidence
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years in Compliance, Risk, Product Operations, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC requirements
- Experience across full technology delivery lifecycle (requirements, UAT, launch)
- Proven cross-functional project leadership with timelines and risk ownership
- Project management skills: Jira, backlog management, rollout planning, documentation
- Ability translate regulatory needs into clear product requirements
