Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Lead DSP/caregiver in a residential group home for people with disabilities.
• Provide daily supports, meal help, chores, and activities to promote well‑being.
• Mentor staff and ensure health, safety, and program accuracy.
• Administer medications and monitor medical well‑being.
• Assist with scheduling, transport, and drills; attend team meetings.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and timeliness.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required for transportation.
• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18.
• Comfort driving company vehicles to transport clients.
• Experience with adults with mental health issues or disabilities.
• Nice to have prior residential services experience and supervisory exposure.
