📋 Description

• Lead ops, sales, finances and team dev for Zerzura in Las Vegas
• Direct leasing and maintenance activities to drive revenue growth
• Ensure resident satisfaction and compliance with policies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales/customer service/asset mgmt (property mgmt preferred)
• 2+ years in leadership in property management
• Experience leading teams in competitive sales env
• Strong financials understanding and budgeting knowledge
• Familiar with Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce
• Flexible schedule; Tue-Sat 10:00am–6:30pm
