📋 Description

• Execute key operational functions in-store, driving profitability and efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Management to initiate and complete work
• Support inventory accuracy and shrink reduction
• Maintain visuals and product flow on the sales floor
• Assist in shipment, receiving, processing and floor replenishment
• Move dynamically on retail floor to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales and operational environment experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; standing, bending, kneeling, climbing as needed
• Strong communication and collaboration with store teams
• Demonstrated business acumen and use of data to support decisions
• Commitment to safe, clean and efficient store operations
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
