Campaign Operations Services Analyst

📋 Description

• Support campaign launches and day-to-day operations for influencer campaigns.
• Onboard creators, configure campaigns and affiliate programs within CreatorIQ.
• Guide creators through platform setup and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate communications with creators to keep campaigns on track.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure schedules are met.
• Document campaigns and maintain trackers for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in influencer marketing, project coordination, marketing, ops, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about new tech; ability to learn tools quickly.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) is a plus.
• Experience with CreatorIQ, Salesforce, CRM, or project tools is a plus.
