📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive sales to meet goals
• Lead by example; train and motivate Sales Associates
• Maintain strong product knowledge and inform customers
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders, task delegation
• Uphold company values and foster a positive retail culture
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and build community relations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management or leadership in a specialty retail environment
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team
• Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter with a personalized customer experience mindset
• Eagerness to learn and engage with the riding community
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly preferred
