Job Description
📋 Description
- Advance AbbVie's pipeline by striving for excellence in clinical research
- Partners with investigator/site staff for meaningful engagements
- Focus on site trials to ensure conduct, data integrity, and patient safety
- Primary contact for investigative sites; provide context on trials and connect stakeholders
- Train and motivate site staff and investigators on trial goals and patient treatment principles
- Monitor site activities for protocol compliance, GCPs, and quality standards
🎯 Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinically related experience; 6 months in clinical research monitoring
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP, and applicable policies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to leverage technology and CRM tools to support site engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
