📋 Description
- Lead Workday Payroll configuration, production support, and optimization.
- Collaborate with US, Canada, and UK payroll teams, HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
- Configure Workday Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and HCM to meet business needs.
- Lead Workday releases, testing, and deployment across Payroll and modules.
- Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years supporting Workday Payroll in HR Tech/Payroll systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, IS, Business, CS, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise configuring and supporting Workday Payroll.
- Hands-on configuration for Workday Absence, Benefits, and HCM.
- Experience supporting US and Canada payroll; UK payroll highly preferred.
- Experience with Workday processes, security, reporting, integrations.
