Job Description
📋 Description
- Advance AbbVie's pipeline in clinical research and data integrity.
- Partner with investigators and site staff for engagement.
- Monitor site activities per protocol, GCPs, and SOPs.
- Engage sites using CRM tools to report progress.
- Mentor less experienced CRAs and participate in initiatives.
- Support risk assessment and site issue resolution.
🎯 Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health disciplines preferred.
- 1 year clinically related experience; 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
- Knowledge of therapeutic indications and regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP).
- Strong collaboration, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology to support site engagement and data quality.
- Ability to maintain site relationships and ensure protocol adherence.
