Director, Talent Acquisition Operations

📋 Description

• Lead operational programs, systems, and infra for global TA
• Design end‑to‑end recruiting workflows across job families
• Oversee TA tech stack: Ashby, scheduling tools, AI sourcing
• Own data, KPIs, and dashboards for TA performance
• Manage recruiting coordination and regional time zones
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Marketing on TA programs

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years in Talent Acquisition/People Ops
• 4+ years in people leadership (Senior Manager/Director)
• Proven ATS/tools ownership (Ashby preferred)
• Strong analytics and stakeholder management
• Experience in university recruiting, employer branding, immigration
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR/Talent certs preferred
