Behavioral Health Specialist

📋 Description

• Work on an interdisciplinary team to represent and advocate for participants' behavioral health
• Oversee a caseload for therapy needs with documentation responsibilities
• Provide and document behavioral health interventions per care plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapies (e.g., art, music, psychosocial drama, counseling)
• Train WelbeHealth staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health (MSW) or Doctorate in Psychology (PhD)
• Licensed by CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW or CA Board of Psychologists as a
• Minimum of five (5) years in behavioral health therapy, assessments, and care planning
• Minimum of two (2) years with frail or elderly population
