📋 Description
- Work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect session data and follow behavior protocols
- Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors
- Communicate progress to supervising clinical team
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Well-organized and receptive to feedback
- Willingness to complete RBT training (if not certified)
- Interest in behavioral health
