📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day commercial legal support to Strava teams.
• Negotiate sponsored challenges, vendor, partnership, data protection, API, and licensing agreements.
• Develop enablement materials: legal playbooks, FAQs, training, self-service resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to balance risk with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in commercial negotiations and contract drafting.
• Experience at a multinational consumer-facing technology company and/or top law firm.
• Strong ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for all levels of the
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to advocate for business interests.
• Proactive problem-solving and practical solutions to contracting challenges.
