Speech Language Pathologist-Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, swallowing issues.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care plan.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in STATE.
• ASHA CCC or equivalent credentials; ongoing certification process acceptable.
• Education/work experience required for certification; pursue necessary supervised experience.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
