📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest expectations
• Assist with shipments, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual standards and product flow on the sales floor
• Support key operational functions and initiatives with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales and operational experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• 1+ years of experience in a retail, customer-facing environment
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Willingness to perform various tasks to keep store clean, safe, and efficient
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
