📋 Description
- Assist in a residential group home for people with disabilities
- Support daily activities to ensure health and safety
- Mentor and help clients become more independent
- Provide medication administration and medical well-being
- Role model policy implementation for staff
- Coordinate groceries, transport, drills, and team meetings
🎯 Requirements
- Valid Driver's License for transporting clients
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfort driving company vehicles
- Experience with adults with mental health or disabilities
- Prior residential services or leadership experience preferred
