• Health & Safety manager for our distribution center in Lelystad
• Ensure safety is visible on the shop floor, not just on paper
• Collaborate with management and employees; drive improvements

• Operate in an active, on-site environment

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of relevant work experience (logistics/retail/production)
• Knowledge of Arbowetgeving and safety systems (ISO 45001)
• Strong communication; ability to persuade at different levels
• Independent, proactive, practical; balance between regulation and floor needs
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other JYSK distribution centers
• Fluent in Dutch and English
