CX Operations Manager, Tooling

📋 Description

• Own and improve CX platforms like Zendesk, Vitally, and integrations.
• Prioritize and deliver tooling requests from CX teams.
• Design triggers, automations, workflows, and data flows.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and low-code tools.
• Automate workflows to reduce manual work.
• Support AI-enabled CX workflows and routing.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Zendesk/admin experience in production.
• Experience in CX operations and tech-enabled support.
• Owned tech initiatives end-to-end (scoping to maintenance).
• Practical use of workflow automation and low-code tools (Zapier, etc.).
• Familiar with APIs, webhooks, integrations; collaborate with Eng.
• Experience with Vitally or similar is a plus; multi-system exposure.
