🎯 Requirements

• Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Influence and challenge stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial systems
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or active in progress
