📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy for Poland across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Lead research, briefing, production, and performance reviews in sprint cycles with a local pod.
• Collaborate with media buying and analytics to balance data and creative decisions.
• Champion the Polish market with understanding of cultural nuances and platform behaviours.
• Accelerate workflows with AI tools for ideation, asset generation, and analysis.
• Drive CRO initiatives to ensure acquisition journeys are engaging and high converting.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in growth or performance marketing with a focus on creative strategy.
• Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube creative.
• Experience guiding creative talent (editors, designers, writers, creators).
• Strong partnership with media buying and analytics teams.
• Fluent Polish and excellent English; native or fluent Polish required.
• Experience creating for the Polish market; knowledge of AI tools to speed workflows.
