MANAGER, CORPORATE TRAINING and DEVELOPMENT

📋 Description

• Lead design, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of leadership and manager training programs.
• Oversee new employee orientation and culture alignment.
• Develop customer service training to improve member experiences.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to assess learning needs and gaps.
• Design and implement evaluation tools and dashboards to measure outcomes.
• Create engaging learning experiences for distributed workforce.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Organizational
• 5+ years leading learning & development; training, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years designing, delivering, evaluating virtual or distributed programs.
• Strong experience with adult learning theory, instructional design, content development
• Epic Super User or strong knowledge of Epic backend systems and workflows preferred.
• Advanced experience with Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
