📋 Description

• Lead strategic direction of Admissions and Enrollment Services across campus operations.
• Develop market-specific strategies to create demand, increase conversion, and generate enrollment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field, or 5+
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or related field is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of enrollment/admissions operations.
• Experience leading teams responsible for student recruitment, admissions, demand generation
• Proven ability to build, coach, and manage high-performing teams with accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using performance data and market insights.
